MTN Turns Oldest Satellite Beach Building into Newest
Employees Survive the Good, Bad and Noisy

Satellite Beach, FL- MTN Advertising has been receiving an obvious increase in attention. Ironically, the talk is contributed to architecture rather than advertising. Nearly double its former size, the company expanded Satellite Beaches’ very first building to feature a studio-style second story, complete with balcony, half bath and sound system. The entire creative department happily made the move up.

Contracted, designed and built by Certified Building Corp of Melbourne Beach, construction began in mid September and was completed early November, far exceeding time projections. The agency completed its new look with a metal roof, paint job, landscaping and patio hammock. Walter Wood, President of MTN, is thrilled to expand his nearly 22 year-old business while promoting new growth and adding significant value to the surrounding South Patrick Drive neighborhoods.

“We are extremely happy,” says Wood. “The building went up fast, turned out remarkable and embodies the atmosphere of a modern advertising agency. You can undoubtedly sense a different creative energy- and all but feel ideas happening. It’s really good for the company, good for the community…it’s just plain good.”

The MTN staff of six, which maintained business as usual during the construction phase, is also thrilled with the finished product. The group is now enjoying vaulted ceilings, a beachside breeze, river view and congratulatory honks from passing traffic.
