A Culture of Creativity.

Our team considers MTN, Inc. our second home. It’s where we go to fulfill one of our greatest callings in life — to create. Our creative directors, graphic designers, web developers, content writers, digital strategists, video editors, and account managers elevate one another’s work through collaboration. This results in high quality marketing that clients can feel proud to put their branding on.

To expand our own collective knowledge, we also go beyond our four walls to bring the best and most current practices and information back in. Our team attends American Advertising Federation luncheons to broaden our thinking and learn from other experts in our space. To stay on top of the latest technologies and practices, we also attend web design and development conferences. You’ll even find us in attendance at conventions across different industries, on behalf of our clients. These events allow us to better understand our clients’ unique perspectives and challenges, in order to better serve them.

When we’re not working, we enjoy recharging our creativity through company outings. As an agency, we’ve hosted team-building events, such as bowling, rock wall climbing, outdoor excursions, and happy hours. We’ve even cruised together to the Caribbean (on more than one occasion). Food also fuels our creativity. There’s nothing we love more than partaking in the homemade carrot cake made by our Senior Strategy Director Joanie DuPont. This time together strengthens our communication and collaboration companywide.

Our culture of comradery isn’t just something we get to experience and enjoy. It manifests in the work we create for clients. When marketing creatives are great at what they do and work well together, magic ensues.
