Why did you join MTN?
I joined MTN because I wanted to be part of a team that values both data-driven strategy and creativity. The opportunity to work with a variety of industries while continuing to grow in digital marketing made it a clear fit.
What do you enjoy most about your position at MTN?
I really enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and discovering the unique challenges each industry brings. It keeps things exciting and always offers something new. Plus, our team strikes the perfect balance—professional yet approachable—which makes collaborating with everyone a truly enjoyable experience.
What do you like about working hybrid?
Hybrid really is the best of both worlds. I enjoy the flexibility of working from home, but I also appreciate the in-office Mondays where I can connect with the team face-to-face.
What are some of your hobbies?
My hobbies include playing golf, men’s league basketball, and enjoying outings to local breweries with my new Great Pyrenees puppy.
