Why did you join MTN?
I joined MTN because I saw it as the perfect opportunity to gain real-world experience in project management while being part of a team that truly values detail, collaboration, and creativity. From the start, I felt like I’d be more than “just an intern” here—and I was right.
What do you enjoy most about your position at MTN?
I love that every day brings something different. Whether I’m reviewing deliverables or helping organize timelines, I know the work I’m doing matters. I also love that I get to learn from people who are not only amazing at what they do but are also kind and supportive.
What do you like about working hybrid?
Working hybrid helps me stay focused and productive at home, but I also get to collaborate in-person when needed. The flexibility allows me to stay on top of my schoolwork and personal goals while still being fully invested in my work!
What are some of your hobbies?
I rely heavily on my faith, so getting in my bible each day is a necessity and the best way to set me up for a great day! I also really value relationships, so I love catching up with friends over coffee, at the beach, or over the phone. Additionally, I’m super active—I’ve been an athlete my whole life, so I’m always doing something. You’ll usually find me at the gym, on a pickleball or tennis court, or training for my next marathon. I also love getting creative on social media and challenging myself with new ideas.
What do you like most about living in Florida?
What I love most about Florida is the warm weather, sunshine, and the energy. I love that I can be outside year-round, whether I’m running, playing pickleball, relaxing on the beach, or just enjoying nature. Additionally, having the privilege of waking up to the sunrise on the beach has to be one of the best feelings!
